our recent stay in newcastle was fantastic. hillyard mews villa exceeded our expectations with its perfect location on the promenade, clean and spacious rooms, and the thoughtful welcome basket provided. the staff, especially collette, were very helpful in addressing any issues we had. we loved newcastle's beautiful scenery and the convenience of having shops, restaurants, and the beach within walking distance.

The house was beautifully furnished and very clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of soft fluffy towels. The location was great, just a few feet from the main strip, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, the bedrooms were really spacious, providing ample room to relax and unwind.

The noise from the main road was incredibly loud, especially at night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the bedroom on the ground floor was right next to the road, and the front and back doors on the same floor didn't lock properly, which was a concern for security.

Hillyard Mews was a perfect choice for our family with teenagers. Great location, clean house, welcome basket, ample heat, multiple bathrooms.

We had a fantastic stay at the lovely Hillyard Mews Villa. the furnishings were beautiful and the entire property was spotlessly clean. It was the perfect base for exploring Newcastle's natural beauty, including the stunning Mournes and coastline. We also loved the convenience of being close to the beach and Main St the beds were incredibly comfortable and it was a bonus to have a Smart TV with access to Netflix.

I recently stayed at Hillyard Mews Villa for a weekend getaway. The lock box was easy to use, and parking was conveniently located right outside. Despite being close to town, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The furniture was modern and clean, and I appreciated having a bathroom on each floor. The overall comfort, cleanliness, and fantastic service truly made my stay memorable. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the crisp white linen added a touch of luxury. Amazing accommodation and great hosts. Excellent facilities and car parking. the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. We had a big group of 8 adults and the house accommodated us all comfortably. the house was spotless and decorated to a high standard. the welcome basket left for us was a nice touch and made us feel welcome. the WiFi was fast and reliable, which was great for all of us using it at the same time. the availability of off-street parking was a bonus and made it convenient for us to come and go.

The Christmas stay at this hotel was enjoyable. The property was immaculate and well-maintained, with beautiful furnishings. The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from cafes, bars, restaurants, and the seafront. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that all our needs were met. We particularly appreciated the milk and delicious tray-bakes left for us, a lovely touch!

There were a few minor issues during our stay. there was an error message on the boiler, resulting in no heating and a chilly atmosphere.

Attractively furnished and spacious accommodation with 3 bathrooms. Well equipped with white goods and good quality furniture.- Fantastic location within walking distance to shops and the beach.- Private parking available.

The external doors and windows felt like a bit of a fire risk due to limited range of opening. The kitchen was lacking in certain utensils and dishes, could benefit from more crockery and cutlery.

I recently stayed at Hillyard Mews for a few nights and it was fantastic! The apartment was beautifully decorated and the seating area was so comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed and it was a great size for an apartment. The location was perfect, right beside Donard Park, which was ideal for hiking. The beds were big and comfy, the bathrooms were spacious, and the whole place felt brand new. The hosts were wonderful and made sure everything was thought out for an easy stay. I will definitely be returning!
